Youngstown News, NHL roundup

The second half of the weekend kicks off with a bunch of teams playing on the second half of a back-to-back. Seven of the 12 teams in action on Sunday played on Saturday night, meaning there should be plenty of sloppy hockey to go around as players skate on tired legs. The Montreal Canadiens visit the Detroit Red Wings at 7 p.m. ET on a high, coming off a dominant 6-3 win over Philadelphia at home. Montreal scored on each of the three power play opportunities they had in the win, and the Red Wings will have to find a way to slow them down on the man advantage if they want to defend home ice successfully. Elsewhere, the Chicago Blackhawks play host to a struggling Dallas Stars team at 7 p.m. ET. Dallas has lost eight of ten after losing to Minnesota at home on Saturday. The Stars need to dig out of their slump fast before they lose too much ground in the Central Division, but playing the Blackhawks in Chicago has not been kind to them over the past few years. The Pacific Division closes out the weekend with a late game in Edmonton between the Oilers and Arizona Coyotes at 9 p.m. ET. It was a blowout for Arizona the last time these two teams faced, as Mikkel Boedker registered his first hat trick in a 7-4 win on October 15. source: http://www.sbnation.com/nhl/2014/11/16/7228109/2014-nhl-schedule-canadiens-red-wings-stars-blackhawks-coyotes-oilers
